The training was very insightful as the facilitator was able to impact knowledge into the participants. During the training different topics were discussed and experiences were shared on how to manage both internal and external customers. Case studies were equally deliberated on.

The training was very interactive and the participants agreed to put to practice what was learnt in their daily activities at work going forward.
