GTBANK – CUSTOMER COMPLAINT RESOLUTION SKILLS (11th – 12th August, 2014)

This training really made the participant imbibe a lot in them on how to handle different situations such as Complaints, dissatisfied and irate customers and how to manage their relationship with their customers both internal and external. The interactive session was involving and participants were able to acquire more knowledge on resolving complaints. Case studies were treated and participants were assessed at the end of the training
